For some people, their lives are moving at an unprecedented speed with increasing demands and unlimited access to them via technology and social media. They have limited time to self-reflect and find creative solutions to life challenges. While others, especially in the aftermath of covid-19, are living lives that seem to be at a standstill while they live in relative social isolation. They have time to self-reflect but may find themselves stuck in negative thinking loops with no apparent way out. People seem to take two different approaches when faced with these challenges. The first group may pretend that everything is OK and try to tough it out or simply give up and suffer. The second group takes an active role in life and is willing to seek out professionals who can help with new ideas and strategies for understanding and addressing these challenges.
